We offer a variety of horse leasing options to suit your riding goals and commitments. Whether you’re interested in a 1/4, 1/2, or full lease, we have a selection of horses and ponies ready for you. All necessary equipment is provided for each lease, ensuring you have everything you need for a rewarding riding experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a deeper bond with a horse and gain consistent riding time without the full responsibility of ownership. Horse Training Services
Flying Changes provides comprehensive or tailored training programs, including short-term ‘tune-ups’ for your horse. Additionally, we offer full training or schooling sessions specifically for sales horses. Our esteemed rider, Teresa Duerden, has been a part of our program since 2006, evolving from a promising young talent to a seasoned professional with significant achievements in the industry, competing across Vancouver Island and British Columbia up to the 1.30m jumpers.

Facilities
Our boarding facility is dedicated to providing the best care for your horse, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment. Here’s what we offer:
- Spacious Accommodations: Large box stalls for indoor boarding and outdoor paddocks with ample shelters, catering to the needs of every horse.
- Exercise and Training Areas: Two outdoor sand rings (85×185 and 65×135) and a round pen, suitable for various training and exercise routines.
- Routine Care and Feeding: We feed three times a day and perform daily health checks to ensure the well-being of all horses.
- Supplemental Care: Ability to provide supplements and administer additional care for higher maintenance horses, ensuring all dietary and health requirements are met.
- Grooming and Maintenance: Access to a wash bay and several cross-ties for grooming and care, along with personal lockers for boarders and shared lockers for leasers to store their equipment.
- Full-Service Facility: As a full-service boarding facility, we are committed to the highest standards of care, from feeding to facilities maintenance.
